Boredom

This is Boredom, the blue gangster who's based on Wheezy Weasel from Who Framed Roger Rabbit. He's the smoker of The Shopping Mall Control Gang and he has yellow eyes with red pupils. And he has a lot of Marlboro cigarettes his vest's pocket and his pork pie hat's brim and likes smoking cigarettes because he's a peevish, calm, honest and loyal smoker dude in The SMCG Mall.
